Symbrio is looking for a Sales/Key Account Manager for the Finnish market

This can be your role!

 

We are looking for a person to:

 

  • Actively nurture and drive Symbrio´s Lead pipeline in the Finnish market. This means actively contact potential customers, work with prospects, and drive those prospects to Qualified Opportunity stage. As you learn and grow in the organization, you will also be asked to take part in the later stages of the Sales cycle.

 

  • Be responsible for our customer success in Finland. Your work will consist of building a strong and trusted relationship with our customers, not only by being responsive to their thoughts and requests but also anticipating their needs and helping them grow their business. As part of this role, you will be responsible for renewal negotiations.

 

  • Be an integral part of Symbrio´s team by bringing potential customers feedback to the organization and by ensuring that customers' wishes are translated into product development.

 

 

Who are you?
 

  • You have +5 years’ experience as sales manager and/ or account manager position.

  • You are used to interacting with senior management up to C-level and system users, at customer side.

  • You have proven skills in customer success & contract renewals

  • You are social, team player, with winning spirit and like taking initiative

  • You have excellent communication skills, fluent in Finnish, English and Swedish

  • Preferably you should have experience in purchasing and invoice management systems. Work experience in the installation industry is a plus.
