Symbrio's organisation

Symbrio was founded in 2000 under the name Freesourcing AB and has its head office in Stockholm. We also have an office in Oslo via our wholly owned subsidiary Symbrio AS. Our employees work in seven departments, with all personnel holding expert knowledge in their particular fields.

Marketing and Sales pursues business development, sales and customer care. They help you by presenting our solutions and the business benefits they can create for your company. Marketing also includes Product and Market Development.

Implementation supports your company during the implementation of our system solutions, connects suppliers, integrates ERP systems, has a team of system integration specialists, conducts training courses and manages projects. They are also on hand once the system is in place to help further develop the benefits offered by the system.

You'll come into contact with our Help Desk once you're working with the system and are primarily in need of second line support.

Development pursues continual product and process development of our solutions. Their work follows an agile development methodology known as SCRUM with several releases each year, which ensures that new requirements are quickly converted into customer benefits.

Operation and Maintenance, or O&M, is responsible for our system environments.

In Finance Anette Lundqvist takes care of all financial matters. And a great deal more as well.
