ORGANISATION

Symbrio was founded in 2000 under the name of Freesourcing AB, and its head office is in Stockholm. We also have an office in Oslo thanks to our wholly-owned subsidiary Symbrio AS. Our staff work across five departments where all staff have cutting edge skills in their own particular fields.

Sales and Marketing deals with business development and is responsible for our clients. They can show you our solutions and help you to see what business benefits these could bring to your company.

Implementation is there to support your company when our system solutions are introduced, affiliate suppliers, carry out training and manage projects. The Implementation team is always on hand once your system is in place, too, to help you develop the benefits you derive from the system.

Integration is a department staffed by system integration specialists. They help out with their technical expertise when our solutions are to be integrated with clients' existing systems, and they carry out integration work in order to link new suppliers to the network.

Operation and Support is responsible for giving our clients the best support possible as regards the day-to-day use of our solutions.

Development carries out continuous product and process development for our solutions. Their work is compliant with an agile development methodology in accordance with SCRUM, with a number of releases every year. This ensures that new requirements can quickly be turned into benefits for clients.
