Supplier network in Symbrio
We continually add new suppliers and currently have both large, well-known suppliers and smaller outfits in our supplier database.
YOU DEICIDE THE MANNER IN WHICH THEY JOIN
It is you, the customer, who decides which suppliers are to be made available for orders in Symbrio. Take a look at the picture below to get an idea of which form of connection would be the most appropriate for the supplier in question.
The number of transactions between you and your supplier determines the most suitable form of connection for the supplier. A large amount of transactions makes EDI connection the most viable.
In the case of other messages, such as delivery notes and invoices, they are administered the same way as before. A paper invoice can be scanned and then matched against the manual order. This requires that the scanned invoices are imported to Symbrio.
THERE ARE THREE FORMS OF CONNECTION
A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE THREE CONNECTION ALTERNATIVES
YOU CAN SEARCH FOR THE ITEMS IN SYMBRIO, REGARDLESS OF CONNECTION TYPE
No matter which form of connection you choose, you have access to three major advantages.
You can load articles of agreement into Symbrio regardless of whether the supplier has joined. This means that you can search for articles from all suppliers at the point of ordering.
When you order through Symbrio, you never have to concern yourself with the manner in which the supplier is connected. The system will instruct you.
You will receive statistics for all your purchases regardless of which form of connection has been employed.
