Having traditionally worked with printed catalogues we are now increasingly making use of electronic article catalogues. The quality of the information is reflected directly in the outcome of sales, as the customers takes a more active part in the choice of products”. “Symbrio is one of the most user friendly e-business systems that I have seen, the functions are easy to use and the interface is easily navigated. Other comparable systems can be very effective for advanced users, but hard to navigate and use for people that don´t have a lot of experience with computers” Effective integration process Symbrio leads the process of integrating the suppliers’ ERP systems to Symbrio. “The integration process is very streamlined, and I give Symbrio top marks here”, says Landin. “Key factors to success is a project plan which the participants agree to commit to, from a resource, time and goal perspective”. |
